TECH SPECS FOR DIGI-CODE 5070 REMOTE

Coding – Fixed Code
Body Type – Key-Ring
Buttons – 2
Button Colour – White
Case Colour – Grey
Size – 67 x 43 x 12mm

How to Program the BOSS/DIGI-CODE 5070 Remote

Note:  Both of these brands are electronically the same.  The only difference between the Multi-Code and Digi-Code is:

MULTI-CODE Switches = UP for ON
DIGI-CODE Switches = DOWN for ON

  1. Opening the working remote will reveal two x 10 switch banks (L/H Bank = L/H Button) on the circuit board.
  2. Duplicate this sequence exactly Multi-Code to Multi-Code or upside down Multi-Code to Digi-Code.

Trouble Shooting –

I do not have a working remote!

If no working remote is available you will need to work from the receivers.  This will require you to remove the inspection panels to reveal the switch settings.  If you are unable to access these panels you will need to contact someone who can.  The receiver is most likely to be a Multi-Code Receiver and therefore you will be copying Multi-Code to Multi-Code.

Note:  Code the LEFT HAND button switch bank to the LEFT HAND Door looking in from the street.
