The Fadini Jubi remote is a compact blue rolling-code transmitter operating on 433.92 MHz, designed for select Fadini gate automation systems. Not to be confused with the similar-looking Fadini Astro, the Jubi model uses rolling-code technology (not fixed code), ensuring secure and reliable access control.  There is a genuine replacement remote available for this system that blends both the Jubi and Astro onto one remote.
