How to Program the Tilt-A-Matic Aftermarket Remote

• Open the new remote by unscrewing the screws at the back of the remote. Make sure not to lose the screws, as they are important
• Gently pull apart at the key chain connection point – Open the existing remote battery cover to see the switches inside.
• Making sure not to change the switches that form the code – the sequence of switches ON & OFF.
• Duplicate this sequence into the new remote.
• Close both remotes & test.

LOST YOUR REMOTE

• Locate the antenna wire hanging down the rear of the opener motor – Remove the motor cover on that side by unscrewing all of the relevant screws
• Once removed locate the control board – on this will be a sequence of 8 dipswitches. Make sure not to change any of their positions – this is the code that you need.
